Refund-Cancellation Policy
At Hair Free Hair Grow Clinics, Gurugram Branch, Led By Dr. Santpal Sangwan and Dr. Anubhav Sangwan, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible experience. We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure that you are fully informed of our refund and cancellation policy.
- Refund Policy
a) If you cancel your appointment before 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be eligible for a full refund of any deposit or payment made. b) If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we will charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of the treatment. c) If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund.

This allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for it. b) If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of the treatment.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the results of your treatment, we will work with you to find a solution. b) In the event that a solution cannot be found, we may offer a partial refund or credit towards future treatments, at our discretion.

a) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. b) If we refuse service to you, we will provide a full refund for any deposit or payment made.
- Rescheduling Policy
a) If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. b) If you reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total cost of the treatment.
- Non-Transferable
a) Any deposit or payment made for a treatment is non-transferable. b) You cannot transfer your deposit or payment to another person or treatment.
- Payment
a) Payment for treatments must be made in full at the time of the appointment. b) We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. c) We do not accept personal checks.
- Late Arrival
a) If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your treatment or reduce the treatment time, depending on the circumstances. b) If we need to reschedule your treatment, we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total cost of the treatment.
- No Show
a) If you do not show up for your appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. b) If you are a no-show for three consecutive appointments, we reserve the right to refuse service in the future.
- Changes to Refund and Cancellation Policy
a) We reserve the right to change our refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. b) Any changes to our policy will be posted on our website.
